  • Do I need ID?

Most voters don't. ID is only asked for the first time you vote at your polling place, such as if you're newly registered or recently moved. Photo or non-photo ID counts, like a driver's license, utility bill, or bank statement. Don't have it with you? You can still vote by provisional ballot.

  • Have a mail ballot?

To vote in person instead, bring the ballot and its outer return envelope to your polling place to surrender them. Without them, you can vote by provisional ballot. Completed mail ballots can't be turned in at polling places.

  • Problem at the polls?
